Please note that the user name and password from the old Brookwood Hills website will not work on this new website. 

In order to sign-in to the new website, please follow these instructions:

1) Go to www.brookwoodhills.com
2) Once on the home page, click "Sign In" at the top of the page or on the menu to the right
3) Once you are on the "Sign In" page, look for the "New User?" section on the right side, and then click "Sign-Up".
4) Once on the "Sign Up" page, please enter your name and address, and then choose a new user name and password.

If you have trouble signing in, email  for help. 

Updating Your Directory Listing

Immediately after signing-in, you will be directed to the "Member Home Page" which should list your name at the top.  You will see a box in the top left corner entitled "My Account", which will include your name and address.  Below that you will see, "Edit My Profile".  Click this link to ensure that the information in the Directory is correct.  Please note that the website directory listing will be used to print the new Brookwood Hills directory during the summer of 2011 - so please be sure to spend some time ensuring that the information is correct.

When updating your Directory listing, please note the following:

1) Each household in the Brookwood Hills Club will have one unified "account name", such as "Doe, Jane and John".  Within this account or listing, you can add individual members of the household as separate contacts.  For example, "Jane Doe" can list her own phone numbers and email addresses, while "John Doe" can provide his own information.
2) Please be sure to add each child currently living within the household (including college students who may be away at school).  In order to add additional children, click the "Add" button found just to the right of the "Contacts" header in your listing.
