Brookwood Hills Homeowners

All homeowners in Brookwood Hills are eligible to apply for membership in the Brookwood Hills Community Club (BWHCC).  For information on how to apply for membership, please send an email to including your contact information and desired membership level.  The current Membership Chair will then guide you through the application process.  Applications may be submitted at any time.

Non-Brookwood Hills Homeowners

BWHCC also admits non-neighborhood resident members.  The Club maintains a "Prospective Member" pool of people who have indicated their  interest in joining BWHCC.   Currently, the Club is not registering new prospective members into the applicant pool. 

Between February and May, if membership spots are available, BWHCC will contact Prospective Members via email with information about the application process.  If you are on the Prospective Member list and your contact information has changed, please send an email to with your updated contact information, so we can reach you when it's time to begin the application process.  Information regarding of payment of initiation fee and annual dues will be included in the email sent to prospective members.

A Members
Brookwood Hills Residents with park, pool and year-round tennis privileges.
Annual Dues - $785
Initiation - $3,500

B Members
Brookwood Hills Residents with park privileges and security benefits.
Annual Dues - $310
Initiation - N/A

C Members
Non-Residents with park, pool and year-round tennis privileges.
Annual Dues - $835
Initiation - $4,250

S Members
Brookwood Hills Residents over the age of 60 with park, pool and year-round tennis privileges.
Annual Dues - $510
Initiation - $2,100
